Prices

All prices excluding and including VAT are shown, however shipping costs are not added yet. At checkout, you will see the cost, taxes and shipping included, before payment is due. We have the right to change the prices.

Orders

You can make orders with us in 4 easy steps:

• Place your product in the shopping cart
• Enter your details
• Choose your payment option
• Place your order

When an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment Method

All payments are registered and controlled by Shopify Payments and  MOLLIE. In case you want to order and pay via wire transfer you can contact info@happylights.be and use following bank coordinates:

Shipment and delivery

• We pack your order as carefully as possible.
• We send out your order within 2 working days.
• Orders are sent via bpost or the transport firms GLS/DPD.
• We are not responsible for an incorrectly provided address and the extra costs which thereby arise.
• Shipping duration depends on your location. Within the Benelux it is about 24h.
  
  

Unclaimed deliveries

Sometimes deliveries are not claimed. The transport firm will then leave a message. After a while these items are sent back to us. We are not responsible for this as well as the extra costs that are included.  If you do not work at home, we recommend to provide your work address as the delivery address.

Complaints and returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to make written contact with us and return your order within 14 working days.

Photos and images  

All photos and images on this website are sole property of Happy Lights. The photos and images are NOT allowed to be copied without permission or used for other purposes. We are not responsible for color differences between the photos and the actual products.

Personal information

Your personal details are saved in our customer database to process orders. Your details are used for internal marketing purposes, such as the sending of newsletters.
If you do not want this, you may email us via info@happylights.be.
We do not provide access to your details to third parties for marketing purposes.
